This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Foto-Retro
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Epiphany Sampler” by Gothic Inspirations
You can find this for download HERE

Mask of Choice
Mask128 by Weescotslass Creations
You can find this for download HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame2
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 60%
Add a drop shadow

Open Paper3
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame I got the pieces just around the frame as well
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete

Open Paper5
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube between the frame and background paper layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Desaturate
Change the blend mode to overlay
Lower the Opacity to 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Brush (no drop shadow)
Spill (no drop shadow)
Spill (no drop shadow)
Tree1
Pin
Bag
Lantern
Brush
Rose
Rose
Bow1
Bow1

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!

You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “The Calming of Fall” by Karra's Kreative Korner

Mask of Choice
Mask218 by Weescotslass Creations
You can find this for download HERE

Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame4
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 80%
Duplicate
On the top one rotate -10 degrees
On the bottom one rotate 5 degrees
Open paper14
Add to your canvas above the bottom of the two frames
Select the frame
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Change the blend mode to color
Add a drop shadow to each of the two frames
Merge them together

Open paper4
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 10
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate the paper layer
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open paper10
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube between the two frame background paper layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 50%

Open mask1
Add above the Pattern Offset paper background layer
Erase any that's outside the frames once you have it repositioned and resized
Change the blend mode to overlay

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

sparkles2 (no drop shadow)
blueberries
scatter
hearts in wind (no drop shadow)
wheel
flowers
pocketwatch
teddy bear
leaf2
leaf1
scatter
wordart2 (added an outer glow here as well)
curled ribbon
pearls
heart box
heart box
flower 1
flower 2
butterfly
bow2
bow2
sparkles1 (no drop shadow)
sparkles1 (no drop shadow)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame 1
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp5
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete

Open pp2
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
Move above the frame
Erase any that's over the frame that you don't want it to be
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the very bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Open Frame 3
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 80%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate this layer
On the duplicate
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open pp5
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
Move above the frame
Erase any that's over the frame that you don't want it to be
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light, lower the opacity to 36%
On the very bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube to your canvas
this time in between the two pink paper layers we have
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped some horizontally
Change the blend modes and opacities as you'd like
For mine, from left frame over to right, I used the following:
Overlay, opacity at 100%
Luminosity, opacity at 50%
Normal, opacity at 50%
Luminosity, opacity at 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

print 1 (no drop shadow, this is below the mask layer)
star scatter (no drop shadow)
star scatter (no drop shadow)
dots
swirl 1
star 3
flower 2
flower 3
flower 4
cupcake 1
bow 2
bow 3

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
