Duplicate this layer

Filter → Xero → Fuzzifier
With the following Settings:

Duplicate the original tube layer again and have it above the one we fuzzified
Image → Adjustments → Invert

Filer → Blue → Gaussian Blur
22.3 pixels
Change the blend mode to soft light

Duplicate the fuzzified layer and move it to the top of your pallate
Change the blend mode to screen

Filter → Vanderlee → Unplugged X, Pattern offset
Change the blend mode to soft light and add a light outer glow to it.

Go to your custom shape tool
I chose to use “Flower 6” and I drug it out to a decent size and then I selected just that shape

Moved it up to the top of the layers pallate

Filter → Vanderlee → Unplugged X, Pattern offset
Change the blend mode to soft light and add a light outer glow to it.

Add your texture to your tag.
I resized mine to a width of 600px before doing so
Change the blend mode to overlay and the opacity set to 75%

Merge all of your layers together and save this as your background.
Now we're going to head over to JASC animation shop

Open your tag background we just made into AS

Effect → Insert Image Effect
Once you have this screen looking like this:

Click on customize and apply the following:
In the box to the right I just drew out several random points around the axis and different heights and things

Click okay on both
Go to your first frame and delete the very first frame
Now save as a .gif and go back to your photoshop

Open the animated background we just made
You'll have the 12 frames in your layers pallate

Add your tube to your tag now, positioned in the middle to your liking.

Image → Adjustments → Variations

I clicked on lighten twice, more cyan, more blue, more magenta

Add an outer glow to your tube and a drop shadow as well.

Add some text below the tube in the white box area

Add your name.

Select your entire canvas
Add a new layer
Edit -> Stroke, width of 8, center in black

Blingies of Choice
I used two from HERE
I chose one of the star sort of twinks for the tag and the heart for the avatar.

Filter Needed
MuRa's Meisters – Copies
Venderlee – Unplugged X

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 250px

Open your tube and choose the layers that you're wanting for this particular set.
Make sure all others you don't want are hidden and the merge your layers together.
Add your tube to your canvas

Filter → MuRa's Meister's → Copies
Wallpaper (rotate), all at default

Filter → Blur → Motion Blur.
Angle – 15 degrees, Distance – 200 pixels

Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen More
Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen Edges
Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen Edges
Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen Edges

Add your tube to your canvas again.
Resize and position to the right of your tag to your liking.
Once you're happy with that, add a drop shadow to your tube.
Duplicate this layer, delete the drop shadow from the duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian blur, 3.0 pixels
Change the blend mode to soft light

Duplicate your main tube layer again, delete the drop shadow once more
Flip horizontally and drag below the other two tube layers
Reposition on the left side of the tag
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to about 25%

Add an outerglow to the main tube layer with the drop shadow on it already.

Duplicate your background layer and drag the layer about your faded on the left side tube

Filter → Venderlee → Unplugged X, pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Type out with a pixel font the word dimples or a word of your choice, add a stroke of 2 with a color from the hair of the tube we're using (mine is purple :) )

Add 4 spaces after it and highlight it then copy it repeatedly until it spans across your tag.

Position towards the top of your tag. It'll be below your main tubes but above everything else in your layers pallate.

Duplicate your text layer and rotate it 180 degrees and move towards the bottom of your tag.

Use your rectangular marquee tool to drag out a long rectangle just around your text at the top, flood fill with white, change the blend mode to soft light as well and add an inner glow, lower the opacity to 50% and drag below your text layer.
Duplicate it and position around your other text layer.

At the top add two new layers
Drag out a marquee to select the whole canvas
On the bottom of the two new layers

Edit → stroke
Width of 8 px, color black, location center
Okay and change the blend mode to overlay

On the top new layer
Edit → Stroke
Width of 4px, color the same as what's around your text, location center
Filter → Noise → add noise
15%, Gaussian, monochromatic

Add your name to your tag

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

Now we're going to add the twink in between our words, highlight them all when you open it in your program, add it, place it, duplicate them all and reposition, duplicate and reposition, continue doing so until you have on between each of the words that are visible.

Now we're going to go to the animation window.

Set the delay to .1 seconds, set to repeat forever.

All the first layer of the twink should be currently visible and nothing else
Add a new layer in the animation window pallate, change them all from the first layer to the second layer.
Keep doing this until you're to the last layer.
Press play to make sure it's working like it's supposed to.

If you're happy with it save as a .gif and you're done with the tag part of this tutorial.

Now start a new canvas 75px by 150px
flood fill with black.
On your original tag, hide all the text layers and the twink layers
merge all your layers together and drag the black layer from our new canvas over and below your merge layers
Create a clipping mask from it and resize down until you're happy with how it looks, mere them together and drag it over to our new small canvas.

Add the strokes around this like we did with our main tag

Add your copyright info like we did with the main tag

Add your name like you did with the main tag

Add your heart twink just like we did before and safe it and a .gif once you're happy with it and you're done!!

Add the mask here.

Add your tube to your canvas on the right side.
Duplicate it.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow
On the top
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, radius of 3.0
Change the blend mode to overly.

Add the tube to the circle frame.
I flipped mine horizontally.
Duplicate this layer.

On the bottom one, erase any of the tube that is below the frame.
Add a drop shadow

One the top erase any that's below and over the frame.
Filter → Xero → Porcelain, all at default except blue channel at 0
Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask, all at default

Add your tube once more, flip it horizontally again.
Delete any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity, opacity at 25%

Now just add any elements that you'd like, repositioned and resized as you'd like them
I used to following from the bottom layer up. with a drop shadow unless stated.

Add some text to your tag

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

If you're happy with your results save to your liking and if you don't want to animate you're done!!

If you want to animate though, we're going to go back to the text layer we added to our tag.
I duplicated it twice and changed it so that I have three different layers.
The first, “So Retro”, second “So Funky”, third, “So Dazed”

Now hide the top to so you're just looking at your first text layer.
Duplicate this layer.
Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle it so that it matches your text, mine is at 60 degrees.
Distance 8 pixels.

Repeat this with the other two text layers.

Now we're going to go to our animation window.

Hide all but the very first text layer we started with.
Set the animation at .1 sec delay and to replay forever.
Add a new animation layer and hide the original text layer and unhide the blurred text of that layer.
Add a new layer and change the opacity to 90%
Add a new layer and change the opacity to 80%
Continue adding and lowering the opacity by 10% until you're at 10%.

Repeat this same process with the other two layers.
If you do 3 text layers you'll wind up with 33 frames.

Change the delay on the 3 orignal text layers in the animation window to 1 sec.
On mine those are frames 1, 12, 23

Press play and see your animation go.
You should have something similar to mine :)

If you're happy with it save as a .gif and you're done!!

Once you're happy with that duplicate the layer.
On the bottom add a drop shadow
On the top one
Filter → blur → gaussian blur, 3.0
Change the blend mode to soft light.

Add the tube a couple of more times between the frame and the background layer
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to 20%

Open the Alphas for L, O, V, E

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

If you're happy with your results save to your liking and if you don't want to animate you're done!!

If you DO want to animate though let's keep going.

Now we're going to go to The layer in our pallate where the Element22 is.
Go ahead and duplicate it twice so that you have 3 of the layer.
On the two new ones, move them around to new positions on the canvas that still look good.
Go ahead and rehide the top two, just leaving the original one showing.

We're going to go to our animation window, set the delay on this animation to .1 seconds and forever.

On our first frame change the opacity of our bottom sparkles layer to 50%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 60%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 70%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 80%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 90%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 100%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 90%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 80%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 70%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 60%
Add a new animation layer and change opacity to 50%
On this same layer click on the eye icon next to the second sparkles layer to unide it and change the opacity to 10%
Add a new animation layer on the first sparkles layer change the opacty to 40% and on the second 20%
Add a new animation layer on the first sparkles layer change the opacty to 30% and on the second 30%
Add a new animation layer on the first sparkles layer change the opacty to 20% and on the second 40%
Add a new animation layer on the first sparkles layer change the opacty to 10% and on the second 50%
Now, hide your first sparkles layer and continue just like we did with the first layer on the second and then when you need the next layer unhide the last sparkle layer and use it and repeat the process but, instead of adding a new layer when you'd get back down to when you need to bring in the new layer, go back to the very first frame and add the third sparkle to it but, set at 10%

Press play to see your sort of fading in and out sparkle effect.

If you're happy with what you've done then save as a .gif and you're done!!!

Here is a sample of the non animated one :)
